Terms of Service | Yojigen LLC

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the conditions of use for the services ("Service") provided by Yojigen LLC ("Company"). Users ("Users") shall use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

1 Application

These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of the Service. Individual provisions posted by the Company on the Service shall constitute part of these Terms.

2 Service Content

The Company provides services such as AI solution development, system development, and consulting. Service details shall be as separately determined by the Company.

3 Prohibited Acts

Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:

Acts that violate laws or public order
Acts related to criminal activity
Acts that destroy or interfere with servers or networks of the Company, other users, or third parties
Acts that may interfere with the operation of the Service
Collecting or storing personal information of other users
Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
Impersonating other users
Acts that directly or indirectly provide benefits to anti-social forces
Acts that infringe on intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, or other rights of the Company, other users, or third parties
Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Company

4 Service Suspension

The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users in the following cases:

Maintenance or update of computer systems
Force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, or natural disasters
Computer or communication line failures
Other cases where the Company determines service provision is difficult

5 Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or its licensors. The license to use the Service does not grant any license to use intellectual property rights.

6 Disclaimer

The Company does not expressly or impliedly warrant that the Service is free from defects (including defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights).

Except in cases of intentional or gross negligence, the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users arising from the Service.

7 Changes to Service

The Company may change, add, or discontinue the Service with prior notice to Users, and Users shall accept this.

8 Changes to Terms

The Company may change these Terms without individual consent from Users in the following cases:

When changes are in the general interest of Users
When changes are reasonable in light of necessity and appropriateness

9 Personal Information

The Company shall appropriately handle personal information obtained through the Service in accordance with our "Privacy Policy".

10 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
