この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、合同会社四次元（Yojigen LLC、以下「当社」）が提供するiOSアプリ「VietWords」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
発音採点で録音されたあなたの音声は、採点結果を返すためだけに処理され、当社サーバーに保存されません。機械学習・AIの学習データとして利用することもありません。詳細はプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
未成年の方は、保護者（親権者等）の同意を得た上で本アプリをご利用ください。App内課金を行う場合も同様です。
本アプリおよび収録コンテンツ（単語データ・例文・音声・アイコン・デザイン等）に関する権利は、当社または正当な権利者に帰属します。私的利用の範囲を超える複製・転載・再配布はできません。
以下の行為を禁止します。
お客様が本規約に違反した場合、当社は事前の通知なく、発音採点等のサービスの全部または一部の利用を停止できるものとします。違反行為により当社に損害が生じた場合、当社はその賠償を請求できるものとします。
当社は、事前の通知なく本アプリの内容の変更・追加・提供終了を行うことがあります。提供終了の際は、本アプリ内またはApp Storeページ等で事前にお知らせするよう努めます。
当社は必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリまたは本ページでお知らせします。変更後に本アプリの利用を継続した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
本規約は日本法に準拠します。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合、当社所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。本規約の一部が無効と判断された場合でも、その他の条項は引き続き有効に存続します。
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the iOS app "VietWords" (the "App") provided by Yojigen LLC ("we/us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
The App is a training app for learning Vietnamese (Southern/Northern) vocabulary. Core vocabulary features are free. Pronunciation scoring requires a monthly auto-renewable subscription (which grants a monthly scoring allowance); additional attempts (consumables) can be purchased if needed. No account is required.
Subscription (auto-renewable): Grants access to pronunciation scoring with a monthly allowance. Price, contents, and period follow the in-app purchase screen and the App Store listing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. The subscription carries over to a new device under the same Apple ID.
Additional attempts (consumables): Sold through Apple (App Store); payments and refunds follow Apple's terms. Purchased attempts never expire, but your remaining balance is stored only on your device — deleting the App permanently erases all data including purchased attempts. As consumables, they are not covered by App Store "Restore Purchases".
Recordings made for pronunciation scoring are processed only to return your score, never stored on our server, and never used to train machine-learning/AI models. See our Privacy Policy.
If you are a minor, please use the App (including In-App Purchases) with the consent of a parent or guardian.
All rights to the App and its content (word data, example sentences, audio, icons, design) belong to us or rightful owners. Reproduction or redistribution beyond personal use is prohibited.
Reverse engineering or redistributing the App; abusing or overloading the scoring server; interfering with the operation of the App; any unlawful conduct. We may suspend your access to the scoring service without notice if you violate these Terms, and may claim damages caused by the violation.
Learning content, translations, and pronunciation scores are provided without warranty of accuracy. Scoring is automated and does not certify actual pronunciation ability. Features may be temporarily unavailable due to network or third-party service (e.g., Microsoft Azure) issues. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the last 12 months, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
We may change or discontinue the App without prior notice, and may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan; the court having jurisdiction over our place of business shall be the exclusive court of first instance. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
