本アプリ「VietWords」（以下「本アプリ」）における、情報の取り扱いについて説明します。本アプリはアカウント登録なしで利用でき、氏名・メールアドレスなどの個人情報は収集しません。

01収集・処理する情報

  • 音声データ（マイク）：発音練習では、あなたの発音を録音し、採点のために当社の中継サーバー（yojigen.llc）を経由して、第三者のAI音声サービスである Microsoft Azure（Cognitive Services / Speech・Microsoft社） へ送信します。音声を送信する前に、送信する内容（録音した音声とお手本の単語）と送信先（Microsoft Azure）をアプリ内で説明し、あなたの同意を得たうえで送信します。録音音声は採点結果を返すためだけに処理し、当社サーバーには保存しません。機械学習・AIの学習データとして利用することもありません。
  • 学習データ：習得状況・レベル・設定などの学習の進捗は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存され、外部サーバーには送信されません。
  • 収集しない情報：氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号・位置情報などの個人を特定できる情報は収集しません。アカウント登録も不要です。

02第三者サービス

  • Microsoft Azure（Cognitive Services / Speech）：発音の採点処理に利用します。送信された音声は Microsoft のプライバシー方針に従って処理されます。
  • Apple（App内課金）：発音回数の追加購入などを行う場合、購入処理は Apple（App Store）を通じて行われ、当社はあなたの支払い情報を取得しません。

03データの保存と削除

  • 学習データは端末内に保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも端末から削除されます。
  • 録音音声は採点のための一時処理のみに使用し、保存しません。

04セキュリティ

音声を含むすべての通信は HTTPS（暗号化通信）で行われます。Azure の利用キーはアプリ内に保持せず、当社サーバー側でのみ管理しています。

05お子様のプライバシー

本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象としたものではなく、13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

06ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリまたは本ページにてお知らせします。

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how VietWords ("the App") handles your information. The App works without any account and does not collect personal information such as your name or email address.

01Information we process

  • Audio (microphone): For pronunciation practice, your voice is recorded and sent — via our relay server (yojigen.llc) — to a third-party AI speech service, Microsoft Azure (Cognitive Services / Speech, Microsoft Corporation), for scoring. Before any audio is sent, the app explains in-app what is sent (your voice recording and the target word) and who it is sent to (Microsoft Azure), and asks for your consent. Recordings are used only to return your score, are not stored on our server, and are never used to train machine-learning/AI models.
  • Learning data: Your progress, level, and settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to any external server.
  • What we don't collect: We do not collect personally identifiable information (name, email, phone, location). No account is required.

02Third-party services

Microsoft Azure (Cognitive Services / Speech) is used for pronunciation scoring; audio is processed under Microsoft's privacy policy. Apple (In-App Purchase) handles any purchases; we never receive your payment details.

03Storage & deletion

Learning data lives on your device and is removed when you delete the App. Recordings are processed transiently for scoring and not stored.

04Security & children

All communication, including audio, uses HTTPS. The Azure key is never bundled in the App and is kept only on our server. The App is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
